Mee rebus (the noodles in the bowl) is made of egg noodles, bean sprouts, lime, chillies, and a spicy/sweet sauce. Mee siam (the thin noodles on the dish) is made of thin noodles in a sweet and sour sauce, with egg, chili, lime, and bean sprouts. Both tasted SO good, though I think I might like the mee rebus better. :P I agree; I wish I could make such culinary beauties myself!
