Cindy is a unique New Yorker with dark hair, glasses, a barely functioning camera, an incurable case of wanderlust, a huge appetite, and many a flight of fancy. She has a tendency to meander and take a billion photos of the things she eats. However, like any given person, there is more to her than meets the eye.

Why: The Gadfly is the undergraduate philosophy magazine of Columbia University, and the first in the country. It is a magazine that prints informal essays, book and event reviews, interviews, humor, short stories and lots of art. Tasked with the redesign of The Gadfly, I moved the entire site to WordPress and created a black/white/grey minimalist layout true to the aesthetic of the print magazine.
